Currently most organizations follows a class room based training where the instructor distributes the necessary document and then explains the process. The evaluation system is also paper-based. The main challenges to be met are:

• Low data security, as paper-based files have unauthorized accessibility by other users.

WAIRS SOLUTION

The WAIRS LMS provides a web-based, distributed, interactive and user friendly e-learning platform for all users of the system.At a minimum, the LMS will  allow for user registration(Administrator/Trainer/Guest/Student), the delivery and tracking of e-learning courses and content, and testing, and allow for the management of instructor-led training classes. Facilities like certifications, assessments, virtual live classes, and resource allocation (venues, rooms, textbooks, instructors, etc.) will be included. Other features include:

• Registered users can access the system worldwide and at any time.
• Rich learning experience interactive sessions including audio and video.
• An automated assessment would be conducted at the end of each training session and certificates can be viewed online and printed out or mailed to the candidate on successful completion of the test.
• The trainee will have the ability to use online voice support and revisit or replay sections of the training that might not have been clear.
• The system is fully browser based, compatible with all of the present networks and do not require any client side software.
